Male Fitness Model Cycles Ideas? I want to start using steroids with the intention of a fitness model look instead of a bodybuilder look.
Do you guys have any ideas of how much gear those guys are taking, what gear as well? It's not about what you take. It's about your diet, training, cardio, ect It's not like "oh I wanna look like a bodybuilder, so I'll take test", or "I think I wanna be a fitness model, so I'm gonna take some anavar", or "ya know what, I wanna look like a powerlifter today so I'm gonna take some a-bombs".
You are not gonna change the way you look over night. If you wanna stay towards the smaller end of the scale, do the same type of cycles as everyone else. Just stop once you think you're at the size you want to be, and start cutting down to get that fitness model look.
A typical cycle for one of those guys probably consist of a lot of lettuce and green beans. If you need steroids to look like that you don't have a clue about nutrition or training in my opinion. My opinion on this question- the same as any bodybuilder would, when you reach the shape you want, ease off. Is it that hard to understand? I totally agree with this statement. Could not have said it any better!!!
You dont need juice to get those results.!!! Perhaps little girls like yourself find this hard to believe but plenty of people got to where they are without the aid of steroids. Since you claim to be natural I suggest you save your meaningless advice for a place more suited to your experience level. Does a endocrinologist need to cycle in order to have advice on steroids?
What does the first part of your post even mean? Because you are the first one to proclaim steroid use against anyone that has a physique better than your own. Show me your medical degree and I will gladly apologize. Ill show u one who eats a gallon of icecream doritos and grape juice for lunch a few days a week who looks better No cardio and some simple sporadic workouts,, sometimes weights sometimes pushups and pullups..
Ill have him strip down monday and Ill post some pics monday night So I guess we are all doing it wrong. Fool of a took. You're a juicer I can tell, that is a steroid induced body.
Doesnt mean they needed to use gear to look like that. Thats all I was saying. Nothing more, nothing less. Gear is just a tool, bro I mean I know you know this so Im not trying to be a wise ass. But a tool can be used for a variety of purposes Very few people understand THAT. This being a bodybuilding board, most people associate it only one thing: Truth is that gear, such as in my case, can be used for function. I dont use gear to lool like a bodybuilder, although my training does get me close.
I consider that more of icing on the cake than the meat of the matter. Im not saying these models didnt or dont use gear, Im saying they didnt need to, and neither does the OP. Solid training and dieting will bring him these results without it. But its just advise. He nor anyone has to take it. I'd probably be upset too if I was unemployed and living in my mums basement.
Back around '04 I went to a Skip LaCour seminar. At the end of the seminar he was asked about drug use. Whether he is natural or not he gave a good reply.
He said that most people train for a few months before summer to get ready for the beach, they half ass their diets, get shitty results, and then anyone who has better results must be on steroids. Skip said he ate 8 meals a day for years and years. He would skip out on birthday suppers and cake and eat his food in his car. Skip talked about how he hires professional photographers under great lighting who take hundreds of pictures and in the magazines you're only seeing the one or two pictures that made him look his best.
I would bet if you saw the above looking fitness model in the offseason with a couple more pounds of fat, without the professional photographer, without the good lighting, shadows, without being oiled up, and white as a ghost from avoiding the tanning salon he'd look much different. The fact of the matter is not everyone who has nice physique is on steroids. Perfect diet and cardio Test Prop, Primo, Masteron, using something like aromasin and proviron for bloat.
Also, don't forget that these guys prepare for their photo shoots much the same way that bodybuilders prepare for their competitions. They do what they need to so that they are as ripped, dry, and full as they can possibly be on the day of the shoot. Just like your typical competing bodybuilder, they are not walking around on a day to day basis looking their apsolute best.
Do what I say, not what I do. Could you give me an idea of what gear and how much those dudes are taking? Would you say sustanon mg week for 6 weeks with mg of tamoxifen everyday, followed by a clomid pct do the job? You're gonna fucking crash and burn bro. If you think you're gonna take some sust for 6 weeks and look like that guy, then I got a pill that I'll sell ya that will cause you to grow a 12" cock and become the worlds sexiest man in less than 24 hours.
Hit me up in a PM I'll sell it to you cheap, I only accept human souls as payment. Basically, it's having a very low carb diet with moderate gear use to look like that. You don't need to use any harsh compounds to get that underwear model look. Stick to test and Primo and you are golden. No need to use tren or any of the other stuff. No need to kickstart with dbol either. This is my boy Drew who works for me,,, hardly works out when he does some pushups and pullups and very sporadic by no means a dude who "works out" doesnt even own a weight set and no gym membership.
He lives on milk, ice cream, sugary drinks doritos etc etc Ill show u one who eats a gallon of icecream doritos and grape juice for lunch a few days a week who looks better He lives on milk, ice cream, sugary drinks doritos etc etc he is indeed blessed. His uncle also works for me and attests to the fact that even at 7 years old he was a smaller version of what he is now Trust me it makes alot of people sad myself included but the facts are the facts.
He has some of the roundest muscle bellies I have ever seen. I honestly believe if he would of started bodybuilding when young and did the right drugs he could be another flex wheeler Juice to look like a fitness model????? The reason I started was because I looked like fitness and wanted to compete in BB. There is plenty of good supplements and great ways to diet if you want that look. To be true I dont se the point in using unless you are goin to compete, just to be a freak?
These drugs used in the right way will help you with your goals, look into them further. But as i say, i have a feeling you are not even close to your natural potential. The people on the first page could be natural. Based off my own progress, i would say its also possible to do in less than 10 years.
Mann i got friends like that black guy too, i fuckin hate it, everyday killing myself eating madd clean, juicin the fuck up and this fuckers eatin pizza and quarter waters lookin perfect. I know crossfitter's who look just as good and all these guys are doing is some olympic lifts, box jumps, and some pushups.
Yeah, this is true. The bottom line is someone with good genetics for muscle shape and size is just going to have to get serious about their conditioning to look like this. And, a person who struggles with gaining any size will have to pay attention to keeping lean while really focusing on hitting the weights hard and in a way that gives them results to have this look- and probably will need some "help.
Doesn't mean he doesn't bust his ass, and probably does have some help- hrt type stuff I'm guessing, test and gh. He lives on milk, ice cream, sugary drinks doritos etc etc I've got a friend like that too. I mean, he'd hit the gym for a couple months, then a few months off- shit like that. II haven't missed a workout in months. I did a contest last sat. I do a specific diet, use "help" etc etc. And, I'm lucky if I look that good! But, that's why I say it's all about genetics. I probably look my most impressive bulked up, even with a little bit of extra fat because I just am so naturally gangly.
And, for guys starting out fat it's just the opposite.
