By teflondon , September 13, in Supplementation. This any good for lean gains? Heard a few people talkin bout it. Is it better than maximuscle cyclone? I'm using this now! I've had good results from it! So thumbs up from me! Taking 3 scoops twice a day with water! Are you using the scoop they give inside the tub? I tried 3 scoops and it was too thick! Then i read the scoop and it had 75 on it which im assuming is mg and they recommend taking mg so is 2 scoops enough?
It's grams not mg's. You can take 2 or 3 scoops, or as many as you want! I'm using the scoop it comes with! Took my stomach a few days to get used to it, after that all was good and if i remember tasted quite nice as well.
Tastes pretty good, had my first shot today, just took it post workout. Someone in my gym says it's meant for pre workout?? You need to be a member in order to leave a comment.
